Georgia Brittain answered on 10 Nov 2023:
Now this is a heavy question! I believe I am happy most of the time. I love my job, which helps get me out of bed in the morning (some mornings are more difficult than others to convince myself to get up on time!).
I enjoy spending time with the people I work with which is a great motivator to come into work. Sometimes I work from home which is a nice break to really focus and have a productive day.
Outside of work, I like to not think about work when I am not there. I enjoy spending time with friends, my partner and family. I enjoy hobbies such as karate, cooking/baking, and other stuff to be able to have good quality downtime outside of work and responsibilities!

I am generally happy and positive and love my job. I have really close friends who I enjoy playing the flute with.
But I am very open and honest about having challenges with my mental health. After a bad illness 15 years ago, I ended up with ME (also known as chronic fatigue syndrome). I got very depressed that my body had stopped working as it used to. I take anti-depressants every day to help me cope with those struggles.
