Hi Alex, I went to university and studied chemical engineering at Edinburgh. It is the study of how we can design processes for mass production, such as food, pharmaceuticals, energy (in my case).

Think of it as a chemist in a lab researching something new, then chemical or process engineers have to design the process to mass produce it. How can it be produced safely, cheaply, sustianabily?

To study chemical engineering at university, most courses need you to have studied maths and chemistry at A-level.

      I hope that helps!
