Great question! I have been lucky to travel to several countries – including some in Europe, Africa and America – but my favourite was New Zealand. It is an amazing country with so many unusual species of plant and animal because it was isolated from the rest of the world for so long before Europeans arrived (and sadly brought with them predators that meant a lot of the unique species became extinct). They also are good at using green energy sources like geothermal to produce electricity and have other good measures in place like recycling schemes to look after the planet.
