Yes definitely, because planets are formed from a variety of different elements. In our solar system we have rocky planets, gas giants and ice planets.
There are also materials on other planets that don’t exist on earth. We know this from analysis of the Allende meteorite which exploded over Mexico in 1969. The debris wasn’t analysed until 2012 but scientists found a material that not only doesn’t exist on Earth, but also wasn’t known to be possible. It’s a strange mix of elements including titanium, zirconium and scandium. It was named panguite.

There are certainly elements on other planets and, except in exotic cases around other suns, the same elements as we find on Earth. The concentrations of these elements might be very different, however, depending on how the planet formed. “Rocky” planets near the sun tend to have more heavy elements, whereas the “gas giants” further from the sun have more light elements.
The compounds that these elements form by reacting together are very different, even for our solar system. Earth contains special compounds formed due to living things and, at least so far, these have not been found anywhere else. -

One of the coolest things about space travel is being able to sample materials from other planets and moons so we can study them to find out what elements they possess. There’s pieces of moon rock in museums all over the world and there have been recent attempts to capture asteroids to sample their materials.

Elements are the atoms which make up the universe. But on other planets we will see them in different situations to what we see on Earth. For example on Uranus and Neptune it “rains” diamonds.
