Question: How long did it take you to become CEO and what was the biggest obstacles you had to overcome?

Well Rosie, I think it can take a long time to climb the leadership ladder as we normally understand it. Changing jobs, being promoted, getting more educated to have better qualifications, and asking for more responsibility at work, going from “getting things done” to “management” I think that can take a long time. In my case, I took a bit of a shortcut but setting up my own company. As I am the director I can choose my job title 🙂 and therefore my position within the hierarchy of the company. It took me 6 years of work experience to make the decision of setting up my own business
