  Hello! I think it is a lot easier now than it was even 10 years ago. Universities are keen to have flexible working conditions and hybrid working. So I work mostly at home, but I have an office where I can go to meet people nearby. My daughter is a teenager now, so she is great at getting herself ready. When she was young I worked part-time so that I could be around for her. Some big meetings even encourage you to take your little children along.
